This week turned out to be a interesting week, here in Brasil you have a Holiday called Carnaval, to be quick about it, Carnaval is for 5 days, from Saturday unitl Wednesday, so that´s why we are using email today because during these 5 days everything closes so we pretty much couldn´t do anything. Why do they have this Holiday, well for 5 days it´s a big party with a lot of things happeneing, so pretty much it makes it hard to teach when everybody is trying to party or leaving to go to the beaches here.

But some good things that happened this week was about my personal study, this week i really wanted to know more about the Atonment of Jesus Christ, so for the past week and a half I´ve dedicated all of my study time to that, and man did I learn a ton more about the Atonment, and i´m still learning about it till this day, One of the things that i learned was how we need to let the Atonment change us, we need to apply it in our lifes to have any real meaning to us, Christ he knows how we feels at all times, we nows when wer are sad and need help and know how to help us, but we need to look for that help, he knows how we can be clean from our sins and wants us to be clean, but we need to look for him and apply the Atonment in our lifes to have any real meaning to us.

What a week can i say, this week went flying by it doesn´t even feel like today is P-day, this week was different that´s for sure, me and my comp elder newman are opening up a new area so we spent the week trying to find new people here in Brasil, and let me tell you, when you guys are feeling the cold, we are in summer, the heat coming at you from all sides that can hit you, when the dogs don´t even bark anymore because it´s so hot, you know you are in the heat. 

But we are making the best of the work, this week was pretty funny, when we did our weeking training as missionays we started to talk about how we can find more people to teach and have them gain our trust a lot faster, so our training started and then all of a sudden some missionarys started talking about doing magic tricks for the teens and kids and how it´s easier to get into houses by that way, so we ended up learing a few magic tricks, so look out for the states, i now know how to do some magic tricks, but it really worked to find new people to teach. 

I don´t have that much time to email this week, just wanted to share that funny new fact about and what happenes on the mission, but things are going great out here, we joke about the heat but honestly things couldn´t be better out here.
